Southington Care Center provides exceptional skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services. Outpatient therapy specialty programs include Speech Therapy, Low Vision Therapy, Lymphedema Management, Orthopedic, Neurologic, Balance and Aquatics and Pre-surgical Therapeutic Exercises (Pre-hab). Wellness programs such as Yoga, Good Life Fitness and T'ai Chi are offered to inpatients as well as to the community. Southington Care Center also offers a specialized program for dementia and memory-impaired residents.

Staff is specially trained to provide services that enhance quality of life while promoting maximum well-being. As a Planetree community focused on relationship-centered care, we partner with our residents and family members to identify and satisfy their individual needs and preferences.
