Southington Care Center has received JCAHO accreditation for long-term care, sub-acute and short-term rehabilitation specialty. We are approved for Medicare, Medicaid, and we participate in several managed care insurance plans.

Southington Care Center offers a unique program for residents who are memory-impaired or have other varying levels of dementia. This program is called the Renaissance Program. It has been specially designed to enhance the quality of life and level of functioning of all participants. Family and friends are a very important part of this process.
