Rehabilitation

Our customized rehabilitation programs are designed to meet the individual needs of a diverse population who no longer require hospitalization, however are in need of short-term rehabilitation in a multi-disciplinary therapeutic environment. Our state-of-the-art 8300 square foot rehabilitation pavilion is fully equipped with Nautilus weight machines, a therapeutic 16 foot pool, an Occupational Therapy Suite/Low Vision center, cardio-fitness and other therapeutic/conditioning equipment to meet the needs of individuals during their recovery.  Southington Care Center's rehabilitation programs and services include:
