Senior/Chair Yoga
Enjoy a variety of seated and standing poses that explore safe movement to improve breathing, improve balance, increase strength and range of motion, improve circulation, and posture.

Yoga for Osteoporosis
Yoga can strengthen the muscles you need for improved posture, as well as endurance and balance.  By taking this class, you will become more aware of your spine physically and energetically.  You’ll also learn which movements should be avoided if you have skeletal weakness; learn the basics of bone health; practice proper body mechanics for daily living; learn which postures are especially beneficial for you. This class is beneficial for anyone, and for people with osteopenia or osteoporosis but without severe postural change or history of fracture.
